Does anyone know of a veterinary service that provides payment plans for surgical procedures in or outside houston?

My cat is currently dealing with some medical issues and the vet will only give him the surgery he needs if I pay $3,000 upfront. I could pay off this amount but I don’t have the 3 grand to drop right now and I’m not sure if I have the time to save up for a month or two. I’m absolutely heartbroken and the last thing I want to do is put my cat down. He’s only 1 year old and has so much life in him. I foster kittens all the time and he is so loving and playful.
