Does anyone know if you can get a quilted material added to starter jackets?

so I got a 90s throwback Astros starter jacket at the team store earlier this year, and I love it but there’s no lining on the inside at all, so it’s not nearly as warm as the other rainbow sleeve starter I have that’s quilted on the inside.

Does anyone know if it’s possible or should I just accept the 90s one is only wearable in somewhat cool weather? I feel like even if it is possible the cost might not even be worth the effort.
