Does anyone know how long I have to pick up my personal plates at the downtown Harris County Tax Office?

They came in about a month or two ago, but I’ve been using my days off to go to doctor’s appointments and have surgeries and consultations. I’m hoping to go on the 21st. This may be a naive question, but are they still going to be there?
