Does anyone know anything about the guy who fell from the 14th floor of a building today?

I was listening to the Houston police scanner this morning when they reported a man fell from the 14th floor and landed on the 6th floor pool deck. They later said he was 70 years old and “not responsive.” I checked the news and don’t see it reported. I’m assuming it is a hotel or apartment high rise since I clearly heard “pool deck.” My curiosity is getting the worst of me. Pushed? Jumped? Tripped? And what building has the pool on the 6th floor? About the only thing not making me wonder is if “not responsive” means he might have survived.
