Does anyone in Houston having family that lives turning off the A/C?

It is hot as hell and then my family member would go and turn it off. The funny this is that the electricity rate is set ($60 for 12 months)

Have been inside virtually everyday since March and I’m getting MAD, meanwhile everyone is outside with their day to day life – just wanna say f**k it and go outside without a mask, PANDEMIC OVER
