Does anyone here subscribe to a print edition of the Houston Chronicle?
I recently moved back within a delivery zone for the Chronicle. I switched my subscription from online only to receiving a Sunday paper. However, for five weeks now I haven't received a paper. I've reported this online before 10 so I'll receive a replacement paper before noon, but that never comes either. I live on a major street, not some little alley that's hard to find. Today I called and was told a replacement route would deliver a Sunday paper by noon. Nope. I just called and found that the office was closed for the day. Is there any point in continuing this? I would really like to read a print edition, check out the sale flyers, etc. But I'm not seeing even a hint of commitment to service.
