Does anyone have somewhere I can stay for a bit while I look for a domestic violence shelter?

I’m 18 and currently living with my boyfriend who is getting increasingly aggressive and physical by the day (more details in my post history). I’m trying to get to the Covenant House or another youth shelter but I’m expecting waitlists and would like to be out ASAP (I also need somewhere I can comfortably call without worry he may go through my phone or overhear things). I need to leave before Tuesday night, because that’s when my paycheck hits and when we need to pay weekly rent (he has access to my bank account and it’s the only money I’d be able to leave with most likely. I’m planning to ask him to give me back my savings but I don’t know how well that’ll go, hence why I also can’t just rent another room).

I do have a job paying 15/hr, I pay about 250/wk in rent right now so I am willing to pay for a room, though it would be less financially stressful on me not to because I have to pay to Uber to work as I have no car. I live close to Cypress / Katy and would like to stay in the area if doable because I need to get to work, though if worst comes to worst I can go out further.

I will likely be leaving with nothing but a backpack unless I get lucky and he isn’t around / isn’t home whenever I go. I am very clean and quiet, I try not to disturb other people and am willing to help with anything needed. I don’t know how long shelter waitlists are but I’m hoping I won’t need to stay somewhere any longer than 2 weeks. This sub has helped me a lot before so I am just covering my bases asking here. Also I can vet and prove all of this, video call, etc if needed!
