Does anyone have recommendations for Vietnamese restaurants in the bellaire area to cater an event?

The location of the event is out in Katy, but most of the guests will be Vietnamese and prefer Vietnamese food. I’m looking for a restaurant that could cater an event of about 120 people. Does anyone have personal recommendations?
