Does anyone have insight on Diablo Loco on Richmond?

Google says it’s closed. The website is down, and the instagram went private…. That was my favorite wing spot for happy hour. I was just there last week…Also, can anyone recommend a similar spot with good music, amazing wings, and happy hours deals?
