Does anyone have a connection to TriEagle Energy and can give advice?

This is the only thing left I can think of to do:

TriEagle cut power to my house Friday morning because one of their employees coded an account transfer incorrectly. We called that morning and the rep admitted that it was their mistake, and assured us that an order would be sent to restore service with a priority. They told us anywhere between 2-9pm Friday.

At 9pm I still didn’t have power. We called again, and the rep basically said that “orders take time” and now that it was past business hours, there was no one to help us. CenterPoint said there was no order in their system from them to restore power. They finally said that they’d send someone out and power would be restored between 2-9pm today.

Now they’re saying that it “might” happen tomorrow but at this point I definitely don’t believe them. I’m so frustrated, not just because the humidity in my house is approaching 80% and I have to figure out where to house my dogs, but I’m also diabetic and my insulin has to be refrigerated.

Has anyone been through something similar or can offer any advice? We just have to basically sit around and wait for them to bother to turn my power back on after their OWN mistake.
