Does anyone else’s tires go wild on the highway? I think its called tramlining or swaying?

I recently got new tires and they have a few straight sections on them. On highways like I-10 or parts of 290, my car sways from side to side, it seems to happen on roads with rain grooves in them. My old tires had a vastly different tread pattern on them and this never happened.

Does anyone have advice or tips? It feels like my car is being blown left and right by the wind – these are fresh tires with an alignment done too.
