does anyone else think FCCU’s online services absolutely suck?
I get they're a local CU, but their online portal and mobile app lack even the most basic functions you'd expect from literally any financial service. want to connect an external checking account for ACH? tough s**t. need to find something as simple as your own account numbers? order some checks and wait for them to arrive in the mail
every other banking service has these fundamental things figured out. I just want to transfer 20 bucks from my other bank without needing to drive out to a brick and mortar location
unless there's just something I'm seriously overlooking, does anyone else have these issues with them?
