Does anyone actually like their apartment complex

I live in a Greystar owned apartment complex. It used to be good, now it’s s**t. We don’t even have working elevators half the time. I look up reviews to other apartments and the consensus is that if it has (somewhat reasonable) price, it’s owned by greystar and every review says “STAY AWAY”. Or, everyone’s car gets stolen from the parking lot and there’s dog s**t in the hallways. Or the rent is anything beyond I could afford.

Is there anywhere anyone is actually happy?
