Does anybody know of an affordable child custody lawyer in Houston.?

We are both married. No plans for divorce as of yet. But Ste has moved out in her own apartment with the kids. Daughter 2. Son 4. She says you can visit them at my apartment but you can not take them anywhere unless if I come along. I would like to take them out 2 days a week alone without her following me.

No I'm not abusive to my children. Good relationship. No court order. Nothing
