Does anybody know of a good place here in Houston to get a dog Wheelchair?

I have Rottweiler dog that has suffered a severe spine injury yesterday. We've taken him to the vet and we've been told he will most likely be paralyzed for the remainder of his life. I'm trying to run a google search but I can't seem to find anything. Thank you. Also any places that may have big flat dollies?
