Doctors Office/ Lab Recommendations?

Okay, bare with me here. I am from out of state and I just moved into Houston. Now, while I am not a pillar of health, I would consider myself fairly healthy. Let’s say 6/10 healthy.

I have a certain condition that does not allow me to process waste in a solid form. Much more consistent to pudding or sometimes, straight liquid.

I am terribly embarrassed when showing new doctors (last doctor I had, I have been seeing for 2+ decades) but he was never angry when I would give him stool samples and leave a little extra on the ground. As you can imagine, it is not an easy task having to push pounds of pudding into a stool sample cup. I am just looking for a doctor that will not embarrass me. Please help me.
