Do you think there is a chance Hamilton falls to 13 and that the texans pick him

Hamilton is absolutely falling in draft boards so I don't think the texans will pull the trigger on him at 3

If in any cases he falls to 13, would you take him over guys like Jordan Davis or Jameson Williams and do you think that Nick could realistically pick him ?
