Do you need an ID to vote in Texas?

Pretty new to Texas. I checked votetexas.gov and I'm actively verified to vote here, even though they never mailed me my voter ID. I don't have a Texas driver's license yet and I heard they're pretty backed up right now.

So can I vote with an ID that has an Arizona address on it?
