Do you know or recommend any dog trainers & how much do they range about in price?

My dog overall is a good boy it’s just when I walk him and he sees another dog that he gets too hyper and wants to play around with them. After a few minutes and a couple of clam downs he calms down. This also happens when he gets the most minimal attention from a stranger. Do you recommend anyone here in Houston to train him?
