Do You Ever Think That Reverse Snowbirding Could Catch On As A Trend?

People from the north have been going to Florida, Arizona, California and Texas/Louisiana for winter for decades. They go during the worst winter months- late Dec through the end of Feb. Could people from places like Houston start reverse snowbirding from late June to Late August (or even longer)? What are your thoughts?
