Do y’all think I have a valid chance to fight this citation?

Cop claims I ran the stop sign (I didn’t). Looking to fight this on the grounds that the cop’s view is obstructed by parked cars and the building so you can’t be sure if the car stopped or not before they accelerate through the intersection.
