Do we not go after Asian free agents or is it just me?

I know there isn't exactly a plethora, obviously every team doesn't have a Korean or Japanese player on their roster, but man, I just feel like we never go after any. I thought we should have took a run at Masahiro Tanaka or Kwang Hyun Kim when they were leaving MLB. I think Jung Ho Lee looks like an awesome outfield prospect. Obviously Yamamoto is hitting free agency this year and he's going to be nasty as hell. Guys like Kona Takahashi and Shota Imanaga are going to be good at the MLB level I think. I just think it would be cool to pick up some of these lesser known to American audience Koran and Japanese guys.
