Do we have a shot a signing Yoshinobu Yamamoto?

I just think getting him would be AMAZING! Especially with someone of the uncertainty of our pitching as of late with garcia & mccullers injuries and Hunter Brown’s & Frambers struggles plus no idea what Verlander has left in the tank. I know LA & NY are the only one’s allowed to get rookie asian players but would still be a cool get regardless.
