Do they allow outside drinks and water into the pride festival?

Hi! I went with friends to the parade last year and was able to bring a cooler with drinks and water for us to enjoy while watching the parade. Now that they are bringing back the festival (I’ve never been) do y’all know if they allow coolers or outside drinks into the festival too? We’d like to enjoy the whole days festivities but are also trying to avoid crazy expensive drink prices, if possible. Thanks 🙂
