Do not use White Knight Pest Control

I WAS a long term customer from 2019 to 2024 and referred many people to White Knight over there years but I am now incredibly disappointed I did so. The final straw was one of my referrals being contacted by a disgruntled employee who was fired from White Knight after hours on her personal phone. Just know if you go with this company your private information is not protected and anyone who leaves being employed here will still have access to your personal phone and can be harass you. This person was harassing my referral outside of business hours. Both my referral and I brought this up to White Knight on June 13 and 14th and nothing was ever done, addressed, and frankly neither one of us got a response on this issue. After 12 days I called to cancel my service as I am a woman and I don't feel comfortable having strange men have access to my personal information and harassing me at all hours of the night. Suddenly White Knight cared about our issue and wanted to do "anything to make us stay". Eva/Evo in the cancellation department was extremely rude and refused to walk me through the cancellation process or even give me a price on what it would be to cancel. I ended up having to speak to the district manager John Gamez who wasn't too concerned about my issue and frankly accused me of lying because the "phone number I gave them is not an employee who serviced the north side or my house." You know who he did service and harrass ? My referral and family member. After speaking to John at length about the unprofessional attitude and treatment I received by Eva/Evo in the cancellation department I was finally able to cancel my service. This whole process took me two and half hours on the phone and time out of my day. Then come to find out even tho I have been on a month to month service I somehow owe them $126.03 in order to cancel? For what? No one could ever explain and frankly after two hours and half of begging them to be professional and assist me with cancelation I was too exhausted to argue. So guess what these scammers win. I am sorry I ever recommended them to anyone. They have left an awful taste in my mouth and frankly this isn't even the first issues we had. The techs they set out would never give us a courtesy message to let us know they were on their way and would just walk into my backyard without any announcement. One because he just let himself into my properyy unannounced saw me naked in my bathroom. I have dogs and this is extremely dangerous to just let yourself onto the property unannounced. I had to request that tech never come back. Then we had a tech who serviced our address 6 or so times and was late and missed the appointment window every single time. I had to request they not send him back out and send someone who was going to take his job seriously. I frankly should have cancelled years ago and its a shame after all the years I was with White Knight they tried to bully me into staying with them by refusing cancellation. White Knight has left an awful taste in my mouth and I will make sure to be letting all my friend, family, and neighbors know about my experience. I live in a new build where they are constantly canvasing and I will be speaking to each of my neighbors this week, especially my female neighbors, that doing business with White Knight jeapordizes your safety and personal information.
