Do Apartment Buildings with Concierge and Valet Have Less Incidences of Burglary/Theft?

Wheel/tire theft keeps happening in the parking garage of my apartment building in the Greenway Plaza area. They’ve gotten several of us twice in the last 2 months. Looking to move, and curious if properties with valet and/or concierge amenities experience less crime in general? Anyone live in a building with those amenities who could weigh in?
