Ditch/culvert repair contractors for a small job?

I'm in the Rice Military area, north of Washington, and in need of about 50 feet of ditch reinforced. The wood supports currently in place are rotting away and the pavement is in danger of crumbling as the earth subsides into the ditch. Does anyone know of a bonded/insured company that might perform a small job like this? (Bonded/insured required because of our HOA)
