District Attorney subpoenas medical records of male and female (Porsche passengers?) in Kristina Chambers intoxication manslaughter case.

In addition to issuing subpoenas for medical records of criminal defendant Kristina Chambers, and deceased victim Joseph McMullin, the Harris County District Attorney's Office also issued subpoenas for the medical records of Arlette Anahi Reyes and Sebastian Lopez. My inference is that they are the male and female passengers occupying Chambers' Porsche, but I do not know that. I cannot think who else's medical records the DA's office would subpoena, at least at this stage in the case.
