Discounted Tickets

Posting here because Texans rep is the person I'm in contact with.

So I went to the semifinal for concacaf cup last 2 years ago. A month ago a texans rep contacted me because the concacaf is back and Houston is hosting group B. The dude told me I would pay one price for both games and if I pay through them I won't pay the fees, so just the ticket plus tax. Pay is through the phone.

Just wondering if anyone else finds the 'pay through phone' part sketchy.
