Discount groceries

I used to shop at a store called Grocery Outlet Bargain Market which are in the western US but not in Texas. Their groceries had shorter expiration dates, but were also 30% to 50% off regular stores. I haven't seen anywhere like this in the Houston area. Any recommendations?
