Discount and medical retailers in growth mode after pandemic slowdown, expert says

Medical- and food-focused tenants as well as extreme discount stores have been a bright spot in a slow retail period in the wake of Covid-19, coming back when many other industries are lagging, said Jason Gaines, senior vice president of retail with NAI Partners.
