Dirt bikes and ATV’s down Washington?

Is this new or have I not been out in a while? Stopped at Studemont and Washington last night when a big group (not quite critical mass sized) of people on dirt bikes and ATV’s block cross traffic and run the light doing wheelies and being a holes.
