Directors Club Season Tickets?

Hey Texans Fans, Has anyone ever sat at the Directors club Sections 717-726?

Considering season tickets there, but looking to know if anyone has experienced sitting in the (Directors/Chairman's) Club seats. If so, What are your pros and cons? I'd enjoy knowing, Thanks!
