Dip French ombré manicure

Hello!

Looking for a place to get a legit dip/ANC French ombré manicure.

Went to my regular place and she did the pink as dip but then used gel polish to paint on the white, which I wasn’t expecting. I’m used to powder used for both pink and white that is tapped on with a brush (sorry don’t know how to describe it better).

Southeast Houston or Pearland/Pasadena/SE suburbs would be best given my location. (I’m in Clear Lake).
