Didn’t get security deposit back

I moved out of my apartment on May 1. My lease says I should have received my security deposit back 30 days from my move-out date. In case the landlord decided not to give it back, I should have received a reasoning or itemized list of damages. I left the apartment empty, sparkling clean, and the way it was given to me. I know I didn’t cause any damages, but I haven’t received the deposit back nor any reasoning.

I’ve emailed my landlord, called her, and texted her for the past two weeks and she has gone completely radio silence. What should I do?
