Did your utility bill TDU charges rise this month?

My bill looked strangely high and did not match the contract I signed.

Was told Centerpoint Energy raised their TDU charges from ~$3.5c/kWh to to $4.6c/kWh…my bill rose 13%.

Anyone else notice this?
