Did you buy the green 1lb Coleman propane bottles before the freeze?

Hey everyone, I am a vandweller in Houston. I rely on the Coleman propane bottles to make food (and when it’s cold for heat). Before the freeze everyone in Houston completely bought them out at every sporting goods store and even grocery stores. I’ve spent close to 8hrs driving to every place trying to find some. I expect to run out in the next week.

Coleman is currently in a global shortage of these bottles cause of the pandemic which means stores won’t be restocking anytime soon. It also means they’re selling for $50+ a pop on Amazon/eBay. MSRP is $4-5.

If you have one, can you please sell it to me at retail value?

Edit: thanks to all the kind people in my DMs and replying to this post. I’m gonna be able to get 1 each from two kind redditors as well as was able to get 2 from target. As long as we don’t get any more freezing temperatures then I should be good for a while. Ya’ll are the best.
