Did Timmy Chan’s Cullen Change Hands?

I grew up in Sunny Side and introduced my uninitiated immigrant husband to Timmy Chan's so whenever I go back to Sunny Side he asks for some. I buy this about once every 6-8 weeks. The last 2 times I haven't seen the old Asian man that used to be there ( he was very old did he sell? retire?) and instead of the local hood lady on the drive thru register there is a young girl. As food the food is it so bad now. I mean horrible. If it is confirmed as new owners I am not going back. I have tried the new bad food twice. Once I got a wing dinner with rice and there was literally no rice. Only 2 little Styrofoam cups in the plate had some rice in it. The second time I got combination fried rice and the rice was so greasy and tasted old. The rice was also undercooked and hard in the center. There was also less meat than has always been. Guess I'm done with it. What happened??? Curious I have a feeling that it finally changed hands.
