Did the City of Houston add more chlorine to the tap water?

Starting around September I’ve developed dermatitis on my eyelids. Something I’ve never had before. I’ve had immediate reactions after being in my shower water and being around boiling water when I cook. Pur filter for water in the kitchen and a shower filter have helped, but the shower filter barely lasts two months.

I heard Paris added more chlorine to their tap water in the early months of Covid. I wonder if Houston did the same. I really want to move. I can’t stand having my life revolve around this stupid water.
