Did Kemah Boardwalk refurbish their blue C.P. Huntington Train?

So as you all know, Kemah Boardwalk has two C.P. Huntington Trains: a red one and a blue one. The blue train used to have triangular roofs for the 3 middle cars and the seat arms had fish on them. However I saw in a YouTube video that the blue train had the same seat arm design as the red train but in blue of course. So did they change the design?
