Did I miss my hearing ?

On the 28th of May I was told that I should be getting a notification for a hearing for my protest but I haven’t gotten no mail from the city or any email about a confirmed date until I just logged in and it says my hearing was Yesterday but then it says formal hearing was this early morning ? Did I miss my appointment because there’s no way they just scheduled it without informing me of the date
