Did anyone see or hear about a police chase today, Heights area?

I was driving south on Heights blvd., stopped at the light at I-10. A bmw (from what I could tell) zipped by on the feeder going west at an incredible speed, easily 100 mph, followed a moment behind by a cop car. Four other cops passed by at that time on the freeway above. I was still waiting for the light and had a little laugh and "Wtf?!" moment with the homeless guy across the street. When the light turned I took the left onto I-10 going east and saw another 4 cops pass on the western side, then another 5!!, then 2, then 3… I'm not even exaggerating, because I had called my boyfriend and was describing it to him and was noting them as they passed. A handful more passed before I got off the freeway 2 exits later. It was honestly insane how many cops passed by! I have been scouring the news outlets since it happened but can't find a single thing about it, and I admit I am deadly curious what that was all about.

Does anyone know anything?

Also – That was the perfect car ad! The engine wasn't even breaking a sweat and you could tell he was still in control, traction for days. He wasn't even beginning to push it to it's max, I admit I would have liked to have seen it on the actual freeway.
