Dhanani Equity Group buys former Fluor property in Sugar Land for mixed-use development

The land sale comes three-and-a-half years after Fluor was to break ground on a new campus on the site next to Sugar Land’s Smart Financial Centre. Now, Houston-based Dhanani Private Equity Group wants to build townhomes, retail and restaurants there.
