Dental options

I was homeless from the age of 14-17, and during that time I had an awful cavity that spread across many of my teeth. I'm 24 now and I got a quote to get implants and it's almost 30k. This is entirely impossible, and even income based locations and dental schools wouldn't work. Have any of you had any experience with going to Mexico to get dental work done? That seems like my best hope now.
