Dental extractions and implants. Need help finding the right dentist.

I have both dental insurance and medical insurance. However I can't seem to find a dentist that will code for medical to pay. Can anyone tell me where a possible dentist in Houston area is that I won't have this issue? My extractions should be medical nessesary cause their impacted and broken off. Don't know why I'm having such a hard time finding one.
