Dell or Collins?

Hey guys, Philadelphia eagles fan here. I have stroud in my dynasty league and because of that I love the Texans now. So long as they aren’t playing the eagles I’m gonna ride with the Texans. Coincidentally in my dynasty league I also have Nico Collins, and Tank Dell. I’m wondering which one of those 2 are gonna be Stroud’s go to guy. I personally think Dell because they are both rookies and stroud seems to like targeting him more and he somehow always seems to be open. On the other hand Collins has the size and the intangibles when I watch him play so it’s tough to choose. Looking for opinions from seasoned Texans fans, who is going to be the go to receiver in Houston during the stroud era?
