Defamation Retraction?

Does anyone know if you can get into legal troubles for a google review to a company from tik tok video? If they demand you to take down the review to avoid unnecessary expenses and litigation, can you take down the google review and not be sued?

My friends and I came across a video with a racist doctor and the creator mentioned in the comments to rate the business as 1 star. We didn’t think much of it and didn’t realize we had actually submitted the google review to the wrong place. Received a letter being served by mailman and now worried. Would be the first time Im getting into legal troubles.

Please help out.
