Decent rentals for $1200/month

I work in Richmond/Rosenberg and don’t have to go in til 10am. Decent apartments around the Richmond/Rosenberg area cost $1200. I would rather live in older spots of Houston and pay $1200 or less for an older apartment. Any recommendations around that price point?

I’ve done my research on multiple rental websites and I’m open to anyone that might have better insight.
