Dealing with the Devil and trading up with the Colts

Hello all I know that the colts are our division rivals but what if we possibly created a package to move up to 4, we could draft will Anderson at 2, then stroud or Bryce at 5? Thoughts? This is an incredibly far fetched “Draft day -esque” idea and obviously purely hypothetical I just was curious what y’all would think something like that would cost? We could deal mills to them and package some of our later picks possibly.
