Dealing with awful asset management firm at current apartments, advice welcomed.

Currently I live in an apartment complex owned by Westdale Asset Management LLC. Over the course of 1 year, we have had the most amount of windows being smashed out of cars, apartments broken into, wheels being stolen, and even cars being stolen I have personally ever seen. I feel like thieves know they won't do anything different here so it's essentially like walking into an HEB for them. It's a dice roll or spinning wheel of "which one will it be this week, 10 cars broken into, 20 cars wheels being stolen" every single week.

I have reported numerous times to the manager here, filled out "tenant feedback" forms directly from their corporate site. Given bad reviews in the last 6 months, and to this day zero things have changed or happened.

The manager here blames the residents for not calling the police when they see suspicious activity, only employees a single security guard 2 nights a week, got rid of the on site courtesy officer when they took over, and has not done a single thing regarding all of the tenants constant complaints of just changing something.

Other than plan on voting with my wallet and reviews, is there anywhere else I can or should report them to? I just I guess am completely shocked at how little people can care about such an obvious issue. I am probably a bit emotional as I type this because once again my car was broke into over the weekend and another $300+ out of pocket for no reason. I understand crime can happen anywhere, but it's the not doing anything based off it that is blowing me away.

TLDR: Westdale Asset Management sucks ass.
